“Thank you to the weekend staff who always make my iced matcha latte perfectly. It’s a comfort knowing that on weekends, it’s prepared exactly as I’ve requested and paid for. The reason I gave four stars instead of five, though, is that during the week—especially on weekday evenings—I often don’t receive the same level of care. I realize weekdays can be busier, but the extra scoops of matcha powder I request (and pay for) are important to me, and several times they’ve been skipped. I’ve even tried ordering the maximum number of scoops just to offset this, but the drink still hasn’t been consistent. If this had only happened once or twice, I wouldn’t mention it. But since it’s been a repeated issue, I felt it was worth sharing. Today’s perfect Saturday drink reminded me how great it can be, and I hope this feedback helps ensure weekday drinks match that same standard. I truly appreciate the effort your team puts in, and I share this only because I enjoy coming here and would love to count on that same consistency every day of the week.”

“The atmosphere was nice here, only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was so much smaller than any other Starbucks I've been to. All the seats were taken, but luckily someone left when our drinks were ready! I know it's not something easily fixed, but I wish they had more seating! Great service though and friendly staff!! :)”

“This Starbucks is my favorite spot for me and my colleagues every morning. The staff always smile and greet us, but today I had an experience that didn’t feel very welcoming. Today, on August 9, 2025, at around 10 AM, I ordered a total of 5 drinks. I couldn’t carry all 5 by myself, so I asked one of the staff nearby for a bag to put them in. However, her attitude seemed like she didn’t want to help and didn’t even want to say “hi” or make me feel welcome. Even though I had 5 drinks, she handed me a small bag that only fit 2, as if she didn’t care. I noticed that everyone around was busy, but she was just moving slowly like nothing was going on. I’m not sure if she was new or just didn’t want to do her job.”
